In 2021, we created a central microbiology laboratory to provide analysis services tailored to the needs of our plants. In 2023, we continued this momentum with a new central chemistry laboratory that performs nutritional analyses to validate the value of our products.

Given the high importance of food allergies, we have adopted a responsible and proactive approach. Each of our plants has a program to control allergens and sources of gluten. We also offer a range of products certified gluten-free by the Canadian Celiac Association.
